Our organisation was born in 2018, the same year NAATI CCL testing began in Australia, to provide high-quality preparation and training to candidates who wanted to pass the test on their first attempt but failed due to lack of training material and adequate preparation. Because of this, Spanish speakers considered the CCL Spanish test difficult. Many found it almost impossible to pass.

My name is Nestor Florez Alvarez, founder, and trainer at CCL Spanish Training:
I have always been passionate about languages. This passion led me on a journey, to become an interpreter, eleven years ago when I attended a conference in my home country, Colombia. At this conference, the Russian speaker needed an interpreter to share his knowledge and experience. Watching the interpreter in action inspired me to dream of becoming one myself, someday.
Encouraged by this dream, I began studying English on my own. Through self-learning and with the help of the internet, and native English speakers whom I met through language exchange websites, I reached the upper-intermediate level. It was then that I decided to travel to Australia to improve my English language skills. After studying English for one year, I successfully completed Translating and Interpreting studies at RMIT University to become a NAATI certified professional translator and an interpreter.
My training, degrees and experience gave me the skills and opportunity to start training Spanish-speaking candidates who wanted to pass NAATI tests, especially the NAATI CCL which gives five points towards permanent residence in Australia (Visas 189, 191 and 491).
Since then, I have helped and prepared 460+ candidates (in Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Venezuela, the US, Australia and New Zealand), of whom 410+ succeeded in their first attempt. This equates to a passing rate of 92%.
In order to help a larger number of candidates more efficiently, we have designed and built a smart guided self-study platform which together with the training course will ensure successfully passing the NAATI CCL Test in the first attempt.
