From 14 July 2025 our rescheduling and cancellation policies are changing.
From 14 July 2025, candidates will be able to reschedule tests up to (and including) 8 days before the test date.
Cancellations
From 14 July 2025, candidates will be able to cancel a test up to 1 hour before the scheduled test time via their myNAATI account. There will no longer be a requirement to demonstrate exceptional circumstances. Test cancellations made in this way will now be eligible for a 75% refund.

Important changes to CCL Policy
As of 20 August 2024, wired headphones can no longer be used.
Please be advised of this important update to the Credentialed Community Language (CCL) Test, commencing on 20 August 2024.
To further enhance the integrity and security of the testing process, NAATI will phase out the use of wired headphones in addition to the current ban on Bluetooth headphones.
